    I'd call a load of bull. Unless his mom was on a coke binge, she should have a lawyer on his case within hours, and evidence examined and mistake found within a day.

    Something smells incredibly fishy there.

      The article I read in the local paper said the it took about 30 seconds for the DA's office to ID the mistake. The school officials and local law enforcement are under investigation for not finding the mistake and releasing the boy much sooner.
