I jokingly did a half hearted search two years back, and found out someone has a program where you can still turn them in. And I still have quite a few Green Stamps.

Hang on to them for another year or two. They'll probably be worth a small fortune. On second thought, probably not. I have ration stamps from WWII that I don't think are worth much at all.
