    Cauliflower--Pic

I often stop at a farm store that is on the back road on the way back from a local court. Today, among other things, I bought this cauliflower. I prefer it raw. This was just picked and is very sweet. But, the color knocked me out.

Just kidding. I've never seen the darker maroon color b4.

      Wow, crazy.

I've seem stuff like the green one, stuff called borciflower, or something similar, it's supposed to be a cross between broccoli and cauliflower. So, how's it compare to the normal stuff?

My wife buys the red stuff here too. I don't think it tastes any different than the white stuff.
