The burl in that log is just absolutly spectacular(read $$$) . I'd love to have a few 10's of board feet of that. Would make a very very cool table top insert. Or 5 or 10.

Some of that will be turned into veneer. At least I would hope so. That would maximize the unique beauty of the burl in that log. Spread it around so to speak. I want.
