    New Saw Sled--For Which Saw????

    I recently made this fancy saw sled. The ends are Mahogany and the blade guard is Birdseye Maple and Zebrawood.

    Now, what saw do you think this is designed for???

                      No clue what saw that's for, Steve, but I do know that's one heck of a nice sled!

                          Wow! How about mine?

                          Except I would be afraid to use it -- it might scratched and all saw dusty.

                                  I'm going to guess that it's for one of those miniature table saws like the HF "Mighty Mite."

                                      Well it has an awfull narrow bed, if that foot/leg (for lack of a better word), hangs down from it.

                                      That has to knock down some choices.
                                      She couldn't tell the difference between the escape pod, and the bathroom. We had to go back for her.........................Twice.

                                                  Congratulations Larry G hit the nail on the head. I took the pictures and realized that it was difficult to guess size. Hence the quiz.

                                                  JR it was there when you visited.

                                                  I like the little saw for cutting very small pieces. I used it to cut the pieces for the fish coffin I posted recently.

                                                          Chiz--It was a problem. I made deep scratches on both surfaces with a needle and used 5 minute epoxy. So far so good.

                                                          Randal--The peg is a stop so the saw won't come through the guard.
