    Amazon Return Question

I've had to have a thing or two replaced due to a shipping problem but in this case I received a perfectly good JDS cannister that plainly shows in the specs that it won't fit my DC. What's Amazons return procedure when the received part is incorrect due the the guy doing the order having a senior moment when he selected the buy button?

I think it is 30 days regardless of the reason.

You're supposed to pay for the return shipping. You can also print out the shipping label from their site while arranging for the return, and, in theory, they're supposed to charge you for it after they get the product back. I've returned maybe 3 things just because I changed my mind (hey, I'm still a woman, and I do have that prerogative ). No probs whatsoever, and they almost never charged me for the shipping either.

      YMMV, though.

Thanks - I just found it on their site and I can't gripe about paying shipping when it's my error.
