    Vacation time!

LOML and I leave tomorrow to visit friends in Oklahoma, then fly out for a 7-day Eastern Carribean cruise from Miami on Norwegian (my fave cruise line!). I expect by the time we get back it take me all day just to look at new posts

Cool -- big time cruiser here. NCL is great, but I think of the major lines I still like Celebrity.

What ship? I haven't been on a cruise in a couple of years and I'm starting to get the itch to go again...

I'll be leaving on Princess a few days after you get back. 15 days from San Juan to Carribean with stops in Tortolla and Aruba then through the Panama canal with a stop there, Next South America stops in Costa Rica and Guadamala before heading to the Mexican Riviera for a couple of stops before heading to Los Angeles and the plane ride home.

Ordinarily I would get some our South Florida members together to see you off at the Port Of Miami, but I'm a bit short on ammo right now.

Thanks anyway for inviting us, but the timing is bad. Anyway how could you have any fun on a cruise ship like this:

Is there a wood shop on board???

We're considering a cruise but don't know much. Is there a preference between the eastern and the western Carribean loop? My folks had done one cruise which stopped at such impoverished islands that it was depressing.
              Blessings,
              Chiz

We did eastern Carribean around this time last year on Royal Carribean and it was great. So great in fact that after being back for only 2 weeks we signed up for our next cruise which is set for the end of April on Princess. We decided on the western Carribean this time. Have fun on your vacation, I know we will.
