In Honor of St Patricks Day

Another joke I just made up.

What did the Irishman say to his wife when she asked him what she should wear?

Just FYI, St. Patrick wasn't Irish, didn't chase snakes out of Ireland (they were and have never been there), and had nothing to do with shamrocks. Both Catholics and Protestants in Ireland claim him for their own, while in this country of course his day is more associated with heavy drinking than Christian piety.

Just thought you'd like to think of this as you raise your Guinness.

For more on this topic read How the Irish Saved Civilization by Thomas Cahill. Cahill proves that modern European culture is based on Patrick's work as Bishop of Ireland.

I thought he was a party pooper. But I couldn't have been more wrong.

There's one less drunk at the wake. Sorry, I apologize in advance.
