    Sample consulting contract?

    Am wondering if anyone can give me a sample consulting contract. It's for maintaining office computers, the business website and writing a database application. I've been trying to look for an idea on the web, but I haven't found one that makes sense to me.

    Would love to get any pointers. Thanks.
