    Another math question

My wife asked me to pick up a tube of super glue while I was out this morning. I could buy one small tube for $1.15 or I could buy a pack of two small tubes for $2.55. I only bought one, but I've been wondering if I made the right choice.

Do you know about kickback? Ray has a good writeup here... https://www.sawdustzone.org/articles...mare-explained

You made the wrong choice, I've bought as many as 6 small tubes for $1 at a dollar store.

Depends on the volume of the "single" tube versus the total volume of the "double" pack ...
Then there is the "Do I really need more than just the single tube" factor, which anymore more than required is most likely just waste as it will harden before you get around to using the 2nd tube ... and will have to throw it out adding to the waste issue and casuing loss of landfill space ... which in ten years will be classified as toxic waste and will cost millions to dug up and reclaim the soil and land ...

I think you make the right choice ...

All tubes were the same size. It's the math that really has me stumped. Are there any math majors here?

First, you need someone with the new math, not the stuff my generation grew up with. LOL

Second, the second tube would be hidden away for when you angered the wife, and then you wake up to find things glued where they shouldn't be, and make the national news that evening.
She couldn't tell the difference between the escape pod, and the bathroom. We had to go back for her.........................Twice.
