It's Official! I'm No Longer The Orkin Bug Guy!

I'm the Orkin Termite guy! Jan 2 they reorganized the region and and eliminated 2 positions in my district I was given the option to work out of Pasadena branch (pest control) or the FM1960 branch (Termite). 4 hrs drive time vs 2 hrs drive time, no brainier! I passed my test today
Get ready for the swarms, they have already started

Reminds me Jim... how often do I need to get the termite treatment done?

An annual inspection should be all that is needed. Unless you discover more termites Then all that is needed is a treament of the infested area.

              Hey Jim,

Isn't that Tom Delay's old job (or was he independent)?

What the difference between a cockroach and a palmetto bug? The price of the house you find them in?

Is it safe to say that when you have fire-ants, you usually have a lower termite threat?

Not always a safe thought. While fire ants can be infesting your walls on one side of your house, termites can be dining on the other side. Saw that exact scenerio yesterday. Those ants had taken over the entire area under the tub and half of the kitchen wall! Biggest nest I've ever seen
