Tina and I are very sorry to hear this, Rod. The furry ones can be like kids.
I remember several times over the last few years when you have posted pics of Woodley, I am sure both of you will miss him terribly.

Just try to remember the good times, and focus on the fact that he's not suffering now...
Think you'll get a new kitten soon?

"Look, I can't surrender without orders. I mean they emphasized that to me particularly. I don't know exactly why. The guy said "Blake, never surrender without checking"
-Henry Blake
We are blessed when we are gifted with an appreciation of pets and all that they can bring to our lives. I'm sure you and your wife's appreciation for this fine looking cat is only embellished with fond memories. I understand your loss and hope that your strength and appreciation will someday be shared with another and that your memories of Woodley will always bring you both a smile and a warm heart.
Very sorry to hear about your loss. My daughter just went through this with three cats that she has had for 14 years. All departed within weeks of each other. I retired about 15 months ago and my wonderful wife gave me a Yorkie/Bichon puppy as a gift. I have become so attached to him (Raggy Boy) that I can't imagine life without him now. We can become so attached to these little critters it is sometimes unbelievable. Again, sorry to hear about you loss.
