If it's too big for a playpen, it must be a complex.

Sorry, not enough choices. Remember he will incorporate Big Blue and the Playpen into (military drum)-

Since there will be more than one building, it is a complex by default.

              Hmmmm.....

Pappy is undertaking the disassembly and movement of a chemical pump station building relocating it, expanding his facility therefore expanding the operations, integrating the new structure (complete with fans, stacks, beer piping, loading dock??, etc...) with pre-existing components, has a walkway, and a reception/waiting area.

              Sounds like a "corporate" decision.

(the P.I. acronym sounds catchy to me as well)

I like this phrase the best because it will have two buildings and a nice area for the approach.

Plus Pappy's Play Plaza sounds very classy and dignified.

Noooooo!!! But only because in my native language, "pwe" is an onomatopoetic expression that resembles the sound of spitting!
