    Five Grand

Yeah, I know, I know. It's just an ordinary number with a few zeroes after it, doesn't really mean anything (except maybe that I'm a blabbermouth), but even so ... it seems as good an excuse as any to take the rest of day off. I'll see y'all tomorrow.

Congrats on the milestone Larry! I know that in those 5K posts you have given lots of thoughtful advice. Glad you have been such a big part of this fine forum even though we often disagree about the best router for table use!

      Congratulations!!!

I have always enjoyed reading your posts. You have a nice way of saying things in a few sentences that take people like me two paragraphs of unorganized blabber.

I can't believe your going to take the rest of the day off. Won't you go into withdraw or something. I can see you sitting at the computer waiting for the clock to tick midnight so you can get back on.

Dang it! As soon as I saw you hit 5000 in another thread, I came running to "The Coffee Pot". But sure enough, the cake was already gone....

        Congrats, Larry! I can't say I found all 5000 posts useful ( ), but you've got a pretty enviable hits-to-misses ratio!

        Regards,
        Tom

I'm disappointed Larry. I thought from the title that the post was about how many miles you've ridden on the Buenos Aires this month!

I'm disappointed too. I thought it was maybe you won the lottery or something.

I figured it had something to do with bike mileage, too.

                Congrats on the milestone, Larry!

                  Larry,

No matter what it is, I think that's great. Nifty
