    Close That Darn Door!

Hey all you mid-westerners! Would somebody please close that door? All the cold air is leaking down here. I went out to the car to get my coffee cup this morning and the lid was frozen on.

Go ahead - Drool, Drool, Drool - It's 58 degrees in South Florida and sunny - almost beach weather. Wind chill factor - 50 deg, shrivel factor - nominal. Not really skinny dippin' temps, may wait til after lunch.

My nose just thawed from my walk to the office this morning. It's only 4 blocks and that was 3 hours ago.

45 and sunny, 64 in the shop. The big problem is we are way behind in rain in the valley and snow in the mountains. .07in. of rain since the first. Driest January ever. Should have over 6in of rain by now. Not good for the water picture for this summer. Still have February and March to so hopefully we get some. I have had to turn the sprinkler system back on and have it water once a week. They say it is El Nino, just the other extreme of it.

-1 this morning in Minneapolis, expecting to get to -10 to -15 by Sunday. First really cold (below zero) weather we've had this year. End of last week it hit 40. Strange weather going on around the country this year. We've had virtually no snow this season (under 10").

OK, C'man, way to rub it in!!! This is a weather gloat, so it qualifies for the official YOU SUCK!!!

It's so cold in St. Louis that I stuck to the porch this morning, even before I licked the flagpole.

We are in the midst of a heat wave. only down to 12 last night. looking forward to 35 this afternoon.

next week supposed to be like last week 2 degrees at night 19to 24 day time.

envy all who don't have to heat the shop or garage for an hour to work there.

It has been in the twenties around here lately. Last week it was forcasted to get above freezing one day but the freezing fog never burned off. All of the trees have frost on them.
