    An Old Friend Is Gone

After more than 10 years of faithful service, it was time to say good-bye to an old friend.

She has served me well but the tranny was getting ready to go south for the second time. She will be missed...

Pappy, you gotta keep the old truck. Put a tow bar on the front so you can use it as a trailer. That new one is MUCH too nice to actually put dirty old nasty wood and stuff into the bed!

Larry, she's still a truck and the sprayed bed liner should take some abuse!

PawPaw, no wood in her YET, but I just got her Monday night.

Tom, comfortable? Heated seats are nice on a cold morning!

                            Paul...

                            Cuz yore in Texas!

Ain't there a law that says you have to have at least one truck per household?

Very nice truck Pappy! ... I'm sure you'll enjoy it, but come on, heated seats for cold morning in Texas? ... I thought you Texans were suppose to be tougher than that! ... come up here about this time and I'll show ya what there REALLY for ... they'll stop yer rear end from freezing to the seat and going numb!

You guys don't know what cold is ....
