I ordered an SD memory card from them before Christmas. I found just as the order was shipping it would not arrive in time. I contacted newegg, they called UPS and were somehow able to change shipping to 2 day in-flight. I discovered today the card dropped in price by 6.00 since I bought it. I talked to them again today, they refunded the difference.

Anything computer-related, check out newegg. prices are great and customer service is top-notch.

This is exactly the reason I stopped going to pricewatch.com and just started going directly to newegg.com. Great customer service and their prices are still competitive.

+1, or I guess maybe it's +2. NewEgg is, hands-down, the best online vendor in ANY category that I've ever dealt with. If I need something computer-related and don't buy it from NewEgg, it's because NewEgg doesn't have it (either at all, or in stock at the time I have to have it).

There are probably other vendors out there that are just as good, and maybe a few bucks cheaper, but NewEgg's prices, selection, and outstanding service has earned my loyalty even if I could save a couple dollars elsewhere (which on most items, I probably could not).

I bought my motherboard and processor there about a year ago, and it arrived damaged. They listened to my rant about how I relied on it getting there by a certain date, and then overnighted me a new on, that has been rock-solid to this date.

That is a good company.

Their prices are pretty darn good most of the time anyway!
