No it's not. It's tag Arauco ACX plywood, it's 7-ply with the outer ply about 3/32" thick, and I think it's from South America, not China.

The absolute worst piece of plywood that I've ever purchased came from Lowes. It was their birch ply, and had voids you could put a quarter in. They wouldn't refund me, or do anything for me at all. The girl said that it was typical of the quality I could expect from their plywood. I kind of laughed at her and said thank you for warning me to never buy any from them again.

I've used quite a bit of the borg ply, and the last project had issues. The last stuff was significantly undersized (below 23/32), and had some voids and glue failure. (delamination) I fixed the issues, but I wasn't happy. I'm mostly done with plywood from now on if I can help it.

Today I got some baltic from Rockler, and it's perhaps the crookedest piece of ply I've seen in a long time. Probably stable though, as in it'll stay crooked. :-D
