    Happy Birthday to US.

The site has been a great resource for me in my quest to be come a woodworker. Not there yet, but you guys and gal have helped me spend a lot of money on tools. Isn't that what it all about he who dies with the most tools wins?

Thanks again for all the memories looking forward to more and might even become a fair woodworker, probably about 1 big tool away from that.

From humble beginings as a "beta test" for some forum software that Sam was trying for a future website he was planning to now, 4 years later, 6,781 members! We have come a long way. The forum was less than 10 days old when I joined 01-05-03 and had less than 50 members IIRC.

Time to raise a mug and wish for more growth and sharing of knowledge in the comming years!

Thanks for this great opportunity Sam!

As a new member to this forum I would like to thank all the administrators and contributors for their willingness to share their vast knowledge, their encouragement and sense of humor. My understanding of this addiction called “woodworking” has grown exponentially since I joined.

Most importantly I would like to congratulate all of you on your courtesy. I have been on other forums and the disregard for common courtesy by the contributors on these forums is very disturbing. Fortunately, that is completely missing here.

So Sam, are we out of Beta testing yet?!!!

Ah yes - thanks to all here - and my ability to focus on the site rather than getting work done, pay attention to the LOML, etc, etc, etc. Good on all of us!
