Dog Found A New Chew Toy

My family was out for a bit yesterday morning and when we got home, my daughter had found our dog had found herself a new toy.

It had rice in it and I had washed it out and left it on the counter to dry before I put it in the recycle bin. The dog was fine. In fact she was more worried about getting in trouble for getting on the counter.

She is really cute. She also looks sorry for what she did. A friend sent me this one which he called the "sorry" look.

You can be thankful it wasn't a table saw.

Amazing how they can find and destroy stuff just playing or having fun ...

Back when I was in my early teen's, my buddy Wayne around the corner had a Doberman that they would keep in the back sunroom when they went out ... anyways, we were out goofing around and came back to find out the dog had gotten out of the back sunroom and had litterly peeled and chewed up 1/3 of the kitchen linoleum floor ... apparently there was a spot which had slightly peeled up and Wayne's dad was suppose to be getting fixed ... what a mess! ...

Funny how they chew on things they are not suppose to. My Lab goes after plastic water bottles.

What a cute picture of a beagle puppy. As a owner of one adult female beagle and foster of three beagle puppies, I am well familiar with the "sorry" look. My wife and I are suckers and it works every time.

Of course, I wish there was some sincerity behind it though ......

Built a dog house for my new dog, just a temp thing since we didn't know how big he was going to get. Made it out of scrap OSB, wraped it in tar paper. The dog chewed all the tar paper off the thing, and started on the OSB.

My friend ray had a husky. We came home one day and his living room looked like a snowstorm had hit it. It was the stuffing from his leather couch. The funny part was we found the dog inside the couch with his head sticking out.

That is NOT a 'sorry' look.

Thats the "oh, you are still there' look.
