I'm pretty sure that if you do a little digging you'd find the guy doesn't get along with anyone. He wants to turn this into "I got fired for saying 'jelly belly' in a memo," but the truth is his memo was probably just the final straw.

When you've sooo antagonized everyone to the degree that you can't find a single person that will defend your position, it is time for you to go.

City's can be a little crazy. Locally, we have a police department that started giving fitness tests every year. However their basis for height/weight etc was causing some problems. They had an officer who had 3% body fat, and they told him he needed to loose weight for his height (and yes he looked more like a Schwarteneger).
She couldn't tell the difference between the escape pod, and the bathroom. We had to go back for her.........................Twice.

        you disgusting fat fools.

no wonder none of you can get laid.

take a little pride in yourselves.

        jesus christ.

When I was in the USMC reserves, we had a guy there that was like that. No fat on him, HUGE muscles everywhere and cut like in the fitness mags. He was, naturally, outside the hight/weight ratio. He had to carry the title "fatbody", and when everyone else left drill at the end of the weekend he had to stay for an additional hour of PT. Too much PT is what made him overweight to start with.
