I noticed they didn't do any direct comparisons between dowels and biscuits. Two possible explanations: (1) They want you to buy the magazine and read the article, or [conspiracy theory follows], (2) The biscuits didn't do well and the magazine feared the wrath of advertisers--better to bury the results.
