Hello...my name is Scott... and I'm addicted to BT3Central. <in unison> "we love you Scott"

I had no idea how much time I spend on this site until it wasn't here. Thanks for getting her back up and doing what you do to keep it running!
I like Wagoneers too. Hey...they've got wood

Well, it's good to see that 'Murphy' is hanging out somewhere else besides my place!

Glad to see the site back up!

Hope you had a good trip. Now I know how much I miss this site when it's not running. I visited a few other woodworking sites but none come close to being as good as this one. Welcome back!

Because of this I blew the diet, packed on 10 pounds, diced 12 bd ft of cherry into little, bitty pieces in a fit of aabject sorrow and started wetting the bed - err, not the last one. What was I thinking?!

Hope the hike was a good one and I hope Adele didn't have a nervous breakdown in the process.
                  Blessings,

Sam, glad to hear you are ok. I was wonering if the weather was causing problems.

Where did you hike? My dad has done the entire trail (section hiked) and my brother is out for a few weeks right now - he started at Shenendoah and is hiking south.

I left Wednesday night for Missouri (I'm a Ohio boy), kid graduated from boot camp. Thought I had a problem with the notebook (my moms notebook, my brother spilled beer all over mine a while back ). Got back home late Sunday couldn't wait to get back on BT3, boy what a downer when I couldn't get on. Then I thought about the tornado's down your way, just missed a couple myself my minutes in Missouri , started thinking Oh Sh!t you got hit. Glad everything is back to order. Life can now go on!!

Once again, I'm sorry for the outage and I suppose I should take full responsibility for everyone falling off the wagon.

Despite near constant rain, I had a great trip. For those of you familiar with the AT, I hiked from the southern terminus at Springer Mtn. to Neels Gap. I only got 3 pictures becaue my stupid camera got turned on inside my pack and exhausted the batteries. Below is a pic of me at the summit of Springer.

It was a slog due to all the rain, Sunday being the worst. However, we work up to sunshine and blue skies on Monday morning just in time for our hike over Blood Mtn., the highest point the AT crosses in Georgia. Unfortunately I have no pictures from Blood Mtn., stupid camera.

Oh man! No BT3Central in the morning is tough but at least my coffee pot was still working. To lose both would be unbearable!
