Everyone in NC doing alright?

Hope all our friends in North Carolina are making out OK.
Looks like some areas got a pretty good storm.

Thanks for asking. The worst of the storm came through about an hr or more east of me. A couple guys at work are home right now dealing with blowdowns, etc. Some flooding too but that was all to the east. One guy got a 4" hole punched through his roof. In my area there were some power outages. My folks had no power so they came over for a couple hrs last night but we had nary a blip at my house.

I drove from CP Lejeune to VA beach yesterday but this morning when I woke up the river was half way up my back yard. There is a path between it and a lake and the river was flowing over that into the lake. with the path under water. I rode my bike around and there were a bunch of carp who thought they were salmon. They were on the blacktop (underwater) swimming into the current.
