You think Delta or P-C gave the Norm this tool?

Was looking at some of the "webcam" shots on the NYW site. Came across yet one more of those exotic tools (think Timesaver sander, huge oscillating belt sander) that very few of us have in our shops...can anyone spot it?

I didn't spot it, but I have seen him use it on previous shows and it is a Delta.

You got it, Larry. Of all the things in that picture of Norms shop, I think the one thing that would save me the most time and increase production and safety is to have a kid come in and clean up after each session.

My other favorite hobby is cooking, and I feel the same way about that. Whether it be woodworking or cooking, I love the process of assembling raw ingredients into a finished product...but at the end, I just want to walk away from the resulting mess. I've learned to try and "clean as I go" (I've even hung a picture of Mr. Kirby's shop above the workbench as inspiration), but there's always that last bit of sawdust or grease spatter around the burner that does me in.

Guess I'll just keep at it until I'm good enough to have my own woodworking and cooking shows to earn a clean-up man.

I always wondered how Norm could knock out those projects so fast. He's got three guys to do the saw setups for him (and the cleanup afterwards)!
