2 More Days till we open.

Two more days till I'm at opening day. It's been a long wait. The family went down to open house today to check out the new digs.

I hope that parking is not $8.00 and food and drinks are reasonable.

        parking $8.00???

What, you hope its lower or higher?

I hope my beer at yankees stadium is less then $7.50 this year or that hotdogs haven't broken the $5.00 barrier.

Parking? Hahahahahahaha.... or, when following the best of the NL, like the Cubs, you can't find parking even at $28.00!!!

            Awesome!

Although paying $8.50 for beer in the shadow of the brewery is a bitter pill. Then again, I don't imagine we're talking skunky beer here, are we? I recall Bush being the brand of choice in St. Louis. Not Michelob, not Budweiser. Busch. is it still that way?

BTW - for those that don't know, St. Louis has the best fans of any city I've been to. They appreciate all the subtleties, even when they're executed by the Cubs. When I saw a standing ovation for an Ozzie Smith defensive play I knew I was where I wanted to be. But...
