Wow, lovely list. I have no interest what-so-ever in seeing that movie. Much like I had no interest in the entire TV show Ellen. Personally, I don't care about someone's sexual preferences, I just don't find those preferences worthy of movies or TV shows.

What ever happened to good writting? This movie is doing well, and Serenity bombed.... I am seriously losing faith in humanity.

Yes, it is sad. George Lucas makes all the money with the tripe they call science fiction these days and a gem like Serenity can't get the box office. Man I wanted a sequel. But I guess getting the movie to a sereies Fox slaughtered was a big achievement in itself.

I agree with you on that bud! Serenity is indeed a gem. You do need to watch the firefly series to appreciate it even more. The more you watch it the more you love it.

Going further offtopic, Serenity was good, but Firefly was so much better. As a stand alone movie, I would have liked Serenity. As a followup to the series, I was disappointed. But yeah, how is it that good stuff like this doesn't make it when all the really stupid reality shows do?
