What keeps you out of the shop

Last year when I did this I wore only my safety glasses and ended up in the emergency room with a scratched eyeball. This year I used the safety glasses and my full face turning mask. I did get a "Wow - that's great Honey!" - so when do I bring up the bandsaw?

      hi ken,

what a timely reminder! i was just about to go out in the back yard and cut up some downed limbs and branches with a chainsaw - thanks for the reminder to wear full-face protection.

of all the power tools i use, i think i trust chainsaws the least!

Don't bring up the bandsaw, just buy it. When she asks, say you paid for it with the money you saved by not going to the ER.
