I wouldn't want to have to go through what you are at this moment but if you believe in God then you know that it was simply her time and God is calling her home. He will call us all home one day and it was this time that he chose for her. Those of us that are left behind are the ones that suffer and need the prayers and love and you my friend have that from me and what seems to be plenty more forum members. Remember one thing and that is she wouldn't want you to suffer just like you wouldn't want her to suffer if you had been chosen first. Maybe that thought will help you a little through these next months. May you be at peace knowing that your dear wife is now with our maker. Sad for us, heaven for her. God grant you strength and peace through this difficult time. You are in our prayers.
May you die and go to heaven before the Devil knows you're dead. My Best, Mac

Dick, I am so sorry I did not see this post sooner my neighbor. I am so sorry to hear the news. I had to make the decision to take my father off life support and let him go. That was the hardest decision I have ever made in my life. You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers. Let me know if I can do anything.

Dick - I'm very, very sorry to hear about your situation. I can't imagine what it must be like, but I can, have, and will continue to pray for you and your family. You're not alone....
Happiness is sort of like wetting your pants....everyone can see it, but only you can feel the warmth.

It breaks my heart to think of the possibility of myself going through what you're going through right now. You have my thoughts and prayers.
