    Apologies to Bernstein/Sondheim...

To the tune of 'I Feel Pretty'

I wrote this on the way into work. Yes, I am going to the Dr.

    I feel sh@#ty
    O so sh@#ty
    Its a pity how sh@#ty I feel
    O so sh@#ty
I can hardly believe I'm real

    I feel crappy
    O so crappy
    I ain't happy how crappy I feel
    And so sh@#ty
    I wish I wasn't real

See that sickly face in that mirror there
    What mirror? Where?
O it just sucks to be me
    See that runny nose
    See those bloodshot eyes
    Such a sh@#ty me!

No, it just rhymed with pretty - the original lyric. Anyhoo, doc says it either a new cold - I just got over one or allergies. I told him I don't get allergies. But he Wrote me a presricption for flonase, said start taking it for a few weeks then stop and see what happens.

No doubt! My daughter got a Rx for that last week, and even the co-pay is gonna have to count as part of her B-day present.

            Regards,

                Larry,

I must have good insurance, cause the bottle that is 100something sprays only cost me just over 15 bucks out of pocket. 4 sprays per day translates to a little over 3 weeks. The Tussionex I also got (great stuff BTW) cost almost that much and lasts a week. I don't think it is allergies. I think it is just 2 colds back to back. I will use the tussionex for a couple days, then stop and see what happens.

Why not? If I drink enough coffee and diet dew I am fine during the day.

                        Dan,

No I did not. The last thing I cut was a 2x4 to frame in a wall along the stairs. The last sanding I did was some oak but I was outside and had a mask on. I don't think it is allergies. The doc is just trying to eliminate possible causes.

The winter has been kinda screwy - the week after Christmas when we got back from Wisconsin I was outside working in a t-shirt.
