    A.i.g

Watched some of the hearings yesterday while those pompous dopes kept ranting and showboating over the bonuses paid. Turns out that Sen. Dodd was the one that inserted somrthing into the bill that previous contracts had to be honored. These guys vote for a bill that they don't have time to read because Pelosi has to go on vacation to Italy, and then wonder why it doesn't turn out. With many of them being Lawyers, what part of "contract" don't they understand? You can't just go back and break the contract from one side.
Same with the auto execs, they kept berating them for not building cars they think they should be building. The auto industry was building cars that the public wanted to buy, and it wasn't the small ones. If congress would ever get it's act together on an Energy policy, maybe, just maybe, companies could do some planning around it.
    Just my $.02 worth
