My wife gave me a Dewalt DW717 Double Bevel Sliding Compound Mister Saw and Rolling Miter Saw stand for Christmas. This past week I started installing Pergo Xp Laminate Flooring. Saw worked great love the stand. I bought 2 new Freud Diablo 84 tooth Laminate blades put one on the BT3 and was going to put the other on the Miter Saw. WRONG! Can't get the installed blade off Followed the instructions, called Dewalt, no help, went on Dewalt owners group had an employee answer my post, no help even watched a video no help. After removing the bolt and washer from spindle can't get the blade off it hits a protrusion on the Dust collection chute. I even had my Brother in Law come over and we tried every thing but could not get it off. The blade is hitting the dust chute. We have come to the conclusion that it has the wrong dust chute installed, it doesn't look like the chute is molded wrong with the protrusion but maybe it should not be there maybe a left over from casting/moulding it, could be a sprue from molding(plastic) and just needs to be trimmed. I am going to take it to the Factory Service Center on Monday, also will stop by Lowes and HD and look at display model.

Ordered the two laminate blades from Amazon with Prime shipping. Packaged arrived Monday afternoon opened it after thinking this kind of light and small box for 10" blades, inside were 2 Frued Diablo 7 1/4 inch blades went online and through procedure to get correct blades, now problems sent wrongs back and Amazon sent new ones, Wrong only sent one went through procedure again and received the second blade Thursday afternoon.
Thinking no maybe I should have tried to replace the miter I bought on the late Mike "Silver Fox's" recommendation. Now I have 708lbs/400sqft. of pergo siting in my garage waiting to be installed. Thank God we are busy this weekend and there Football other wise I would be going crazy. Hopefully this all will be resolved Monday.
My Brother in Law has an older 12" Dewalt Miter Saw but he lovers the improvement on my 10" including the LED Work light I installed that uses the blade shadow to mark the cut line.
