Gone over to the Dark Side

I have a BT3100-1 for sale. Most of the stuff is obvious and visible such as extra half rails, etc. but the dual miter slots are equipped with setscrews to allow leveling and alignment to the blade. I still have the SMT as well. The shims are good, the elevation handle is unbroken, everything works. It's used but not abused. I'm located in suburban Chicago and I won't want to be bothered by parting out the saw so it has to be a pickup sale. Asking $125

I really liked my 22124. Great fence, wide cast iron surface, cabinet mounted trunnions, lots of mass, smooth, etc. There was nothing it struggled much to cut with good alignment and the right blade. I had great results with high quality thin kerf blades on that saw. My favorites for it were the 30T WWII, Infinity 010-060, Freud LU87 and LU88...depending on what I was doing.

Because it's left tilt, you can slide the front rail over to the right ~ 10" (the distance of one bolt hole) for a rip capacity of 40".

The Delta Unisaw inserts fit it. Leecraft DL-1U - $21.35 from Amazon w/free s/h.

The BORK aftermarket riving knife will fit the 22124 too.
Happiness is sort of like wetting your pants....everyone can see it, but only you can feel the warmth.
