That’s for sure … When Tony and I first talked about this (not sanding on the inside) I thought he was off his rocker, but the more I thought about it more it made sense. Well if it’s hard to teach old dog new tricks … I guess I’m not that old.

we both speak wood, don't we, particularly bandsawn box language, so our accent would probably be the same?

Well done, excellent bandsawing skills with this one!

Well Brian knows good refreshments. Actually the box is just too, too good..great work. The brass pull knobs set it off just right. Makes me want to go out to the shop and start digging thru my cut-off's and scrap.

That's awesome. Looks like a set-prop for something like Betelgeuse or, these days, a Johnny Depp/Tim Burton movie.

I searched for words to describe my reaction to your work but found myself at a loss. I keep bouncing back and forth between awe and disgust (that nothing I do looks THAT good).

    Wow.

    I'm jealous - and impressed.

Excellent detail, Brain. I can't get that kind of detail on large carcasses, much less something that size. Looks great...

I used a 1/32 drill bit for a starter hole for the scroll saw blade … it’s a tight fit but you can force the blade through. The band saw kerf in not noticeable unless you take the drawers out and look for it.

    Hope that helps some
