Only thing I would be concerned about is dewalt says this in their rebate,

Participant also acknowledges that purchases made
and submitted in connection with this program cannot
be combined with any other rebate, offer or other
promotion, regardless of whether offered by DEWALT
or a DEWALT authorized retailer.

The amazon invoice will say 3 different promotions right on it. Dewalt might not accept it.
