What series? Must be an East Coast thing. Used to watch the World Serious, but stopped and number of years ago with they had the strike. Is Yogi still playing? Don't they know it is Football and Basketball season. Bad enough NASCAR goes until Thanksgiving.

I guess I agree with Tom. I used to live for baseball. As a kid, I knew the starting lineup of every team. Of course there were fewer teams then.
I guess my last straw was the cancilled season and no World Series that year. I try to watch a game now, but I find myself channel surfing instead.
Maybe if the Royals ever become a major league club again, I might get back into it, but I doubt either one will happen.

I also lost interest when they had the strike. It was several years before I began watching it again.
Saunders had a real rough 4th inning last night. If I remember right, he gave up 3 hits and 3 walks, while only registering 1 out. And that was a sac bunt.
