How about wasteful stimulus packages? I don't wanna help a guy that misrepresented his income so he could buy a $500,000 house. When I purchased my house (15 years ago) I was told I qualified for a $250,000 home. I opted for a $120,000 home. Plenty large, great school district.
Now you're telling me that the money I've been saving is going to go (in the form of taxes) to help a liar live in the house I decided to forgo? B.S.!
And I'll bet Vince Lombardi never took a knee to deliver a hopeless message to his team before a game. Yet our current president keeps saying things will get worse before they get better. I don't need Pollyannaish rhetoric but why make dire predictions? The economy is 70% consumer-driven, what benefit is derived from scaring the pants off the participants?
