    Unable to log in?

BT3Central recently switched to an entirely new forum software. Your password was encrypted in the former software to keep it secure. Software companies do not share their encryption routines, so there was no way to convert your password to the new software.

However, you are able to reset your password yourself if:
    1. You remeber your forum username
    2. You still use the same e-mail account that you registered with
To do this, go to http://www.bt3central.com/login.php?do=lostpw and follow the directions. The forum will send you two e-mails. The first e-mail will provide you with instructions and a link to use to enter a new password. Once you complete that, the forum will send you a second e-mail that will include instructions and a link for you to use to activate your account.

If you do not receive the e-mails, the most likely causes are either the e-mail account you now use is different than the account you originally registered with or your SPAM filter is catching the e-mails. Please check you JUNK MAIL folder. If it is not your SPAM filter, please send an e-mail to: webmaster@bt3central.com and we will work to quickly update your account and send you the first e-mail. Be sure to include you forum user name and your preferred e-mail address in your e-mail.
