Guess I joined the turning forum

Since my birthday was last wednesday and sunday was fathers day SWMBO (36 Years this past May)said go get that mini lath and the stuff you need to make it work. So I now have a wilton mini and a beginer set of pen turning chisels and some blanks and a few pen and pencil kits. Now I just have to do some practice turning before I do a good pen set. Would have posted sooner but I upgraded the mother board & memory on this system friday & it has taken until tonite to get it setup and going.
Guess that SWMBO is a keeper.

Welcome to the madness! BTW extra brass tubes for the pen sets typically are quite cheap. That way you can practice on the real deal.
