    Lathe Gloat

Have had a Jet Mini lathe now for about a year now but it had developed some noise and vibration. I replaced the bearings but that didn't seem to solve the problem. Took a trip to see my Mom in Auburn Wa, and stopped by Equipment and Sales and Equipment. A Jet JWL-1236 lathe just happened to followed me home.

They were selling the 1236's for $385 before tax, and the mini's were $165 and the VSMini's were $226.
I won't beable to set it up for a few days as I just had my gall bladder surgery last week.

      Maxx,
I had a 1236 for a few years, thrashed it severely and it kept on working just fine. It's a good piece and will serve you well.
