I have seen that late pop up in various posts over time. I think if I remember correctly it had an odd size spindle thread and that makes buying needed accessories quite difficult. I believe that a member here TribalWind owned one so maybe he will chime in. For a hundred dollars though I think I would avoid that one and wait for a better one to show up.
I don't pretend to be an expert in lathes, having only owned one (Jet mini), but I'd be concerned that the bed appears to be tubular steel rather then cast iron, and may be able to flex.
Also, you'd want to find out if the head/tail stock are common sizes, so that any accessories that you buy will be able to be used on another lathe should you upgrade, or just buy a second machine (or want to sell, etc....).
If you end up having to buy a lot of odd-sized accessories, or worse yet, can't find accessories to fit, then it's not worth it.
