I measured the tooth width of my DeWalt blade and the Oshlun replacement. I used my fractional dial calipers which only read to 1/128 if I remember right but to the limit of their resolution they were the same width. I still haven't put the Oshlun on, I took the DeWalt off and looked at it closely and it was just dirty, not dull. So I cleaned it and put it back. But there should be very little difference in the point of cut - nearly nothing. I should pull out my micrometer and see what I get. But I am confident any difference is quite small. Less than 1/128. Unless one of the blades isn't flat. At worst, it will be a few dollars to change the sacrificial strip.

On the recommendation of others above, I purchased the Oshlun blade a couple of months ago and replaced the original with it before using it. The cut was very smooth for me.
