    Getting Used To A Blade Guard

    I may have to make a separate splitter for the PM66. Put the blade guard/splitter on and was running a few test cuts. I am not used to not being able to see the cut. I also have to retool my featherboards, etc. They are all set up for the BT.

          IME, what I can't see generally is what bites me.

          It is just going to be an adjustment in thinking.

              Have you ever seen the splitters from Micro Jig? http://www.microjig.com/products/mj-...er/index.shtml They're the same guys that make the Grr-ripper.

                  I see this a LOT. How is it so hard to see through a guard? I had no trouble seeing through my BTS21 guard, nor my BT3100's Shark Guard... And I don't have the best eye sight...
