    Tenons Via Tenon Router Bit

    Greetings,
I noticed that CMT is advertising a new Tenon Cutting Router Bit that cuts tenons for 3/16" to 3/8" thick to 1 - 1/16" long. The kit involves 4 stackable slot cutters, spacers and shims & 1/2 inch shank arbor. Item #800.627.11, but can not be seen on CMT website as they don't have the info up on them yet. I emailed CMT and they forwarded an email to Carbide.com who advised they were selling them and had limited info as well. Put the above item number in Carbide.com search and you get a little info.
So what do you think of cutting tennons with a bit set like this? Seems like a great idea to me! Very smooth cheeks, easy repetition, pretty safe with a sled.
    Thanks
    Jeff
