    Can't Post Reply

I hope this posts. I have tried twice to post replies since the forum got updated. Most recently is to 8" English Dial Caliper post in Bargain Alerts. The topic listing shows me as the most recent post, but when I got into the topic, my reply isn't there. Don't know what I'm doing wrong.

    Thanks,

No Problem that I can see.............

I just went and looked at your post on the caliper about your leaving a plastic faced caliper out in the HOT Texas Sun and it died.

Your post is there, whether or not you can see it is another matter, try a reboot and check your settings on your 'puter very carefully, especially your Browser.

probably more than likely after you posted you backed up and your browser fetched the page from its cache (memory) rather than ask (the internet) to have it retransmitted.

Somedays you may have to fddle a little to get it to update, try the refresh icon on the top bar of I.E. is the one with a piece of paper with two circular pointing arrows.

Also, this idea is kinda "out there", but if you were playing around with the functions of the software and accidentally added yourself into your "ignore" list...

            Purely hypothetical, of course.

              No Luck So Far

Well, I don't know if I can see this one either. Did reboot the computer. No help. Don't even know where the Ignore list is. Looked at the IE settings but nothing jumped out at me. What settings might be at issue?

              Thanks for all the responses.

                Well....

OK, I posted the above reply and can see it. Still can't see the one on the 6 inch caliper. Guess I'll assume it's fixed??

                Thanks again,
