With the full support of the loml and grown children I rented 2000 sq ft to start a woodworking business, part time for now. Still setting it up but here are some photos. [:I]

The drops and all the electrical was done by an electriction. As far as I can see they are mounted in metal junction boxes with a braided wire mesh around the wire and attached to the box.

          Thank you Pappy.

I think that rates a "Snoopy Dance". Best of luck in your venture.

                AAJ,
Is that building located in Fairlawn by chance? It looks like one up the street from me.I'm in Elmwood Park.

Waynej, the building is actually on East Main Street in Little Falls #101. I am usually there all day on Saturdays, I would be happy to give you (and anyone else on this forum) a tour.

Thank you all for your good wishes.

                    And WayneJ,
That building looks like it was built the same time most of the mills in this area were built. I've seen the same architecture in Clifton, Garfield, Paterson and Elmwood Park.
For those not from the area, this used to be *THE* fabric and garment center for the world. Some of these buildings have 18" x 18" beams of what looks to be oak. I can't be more specific because the ceiling heights are about 12 feet in the one place I've seen where the beams haven't been painted over. Of course, they are also covered with generations of grime.
AAJ - as soon as I get a few other things straightened out, I am gonna take you up on that offer for a tour. Good luck in the new space
                    Bob
