I know this little off thread
Im courious? If ya dont mind. Could you expound a little in what Tennesee has over Bonners Ferry for retirement
My wife and I both have a lot of extended family in the area of Cumberland Gap, and my arthritis has been giving me fits worse and worse every winter here. I'm hoping the warmer weather will ease my discomfort, and we'll be within an hour's drive of several small sawmills with kilns where I can get roughcut dry Walnut for less than $2.00 a board foot, and QS White Oak for less than $3.00!!! I have three daughters and (so far) four granddaughters, and I want to start my retirement by making Hope Chests for each one. (We'll call them blanket chests for the ones already married)
