    Walnut

    Im working with some guys cutting Black walnut trees.There is a large amount of usable wood left.up to 12" X10'. Im going to cut up for fire wood. I realy dont want to make any money,Could anyone Use some of this.Im in St Louis area.Im thinking Maybe the turning guys??? I could cut any size U want,just charge shipping.Theres probably 8 cords or better.PM me

    Shipping down here in TX probably wouldn't be worth it for me. How are you milling it?

      Wow, I wish I lived nearby. I love working with Black Walnut. It makes beautiful furniture or anything else you want to use if for. Around here, it sells for around $5 to $6 bd.ft. Unfortunately, shipping costs are so high, it just wouldn't be worth it to Chattanooga. Surely, someone leaving near you would want it. Such a waste otherwise.
