12" scms in Dallas

I want to get rid of this saw. It is just too large for my small garage, and I want something I can mount on a bench. It is the Emerson made model from 2002. I've only used it for a couple of DIY projects and to build a storage shed. I would say it is in 9.5/10 condition. Anyway, I'd like to get $350, or make me a good deal. I'd consider shipping it, but I don't know how costly that would be. It is quite large.

Man...I live in fort worth and want a scms.....I just don't have 350 right now.

I wanted to give it a shot locally, I decided to go ahead and put it on the internet auction site.
