    Sprinkler wasn't working.
Found the solenoid on the left... well, it was working the day before, I wonder why it doesn't work anymore.

    New one on the right.

    Back in service.

What do you expect from Chinese crap?

I hope it is obvious that I'm joking.

Well, I suppose the new one made in China crap will last another 20 years like the old.

Really doesn't look like it should have been working recently, does it?

My question would be what do you need a sprinkler for with all the rain you have been getting?

              A very good question.
The answer would be Keep the wife happy.

The other answer would be I fixed it right before we had all the rain. (Murphy's law).

Looks like a tad more corrosion to cope with in Texas than we get deal with up here in bone-dry Colorado. Make that formerly bone-dry Colorado. I ran my sprinklers last week for the first time this year. And only once. It started raining again a few days later. I normally fire them up late April.
